I am of the long and firmly held belief that one can never have too many dresses in their closet. The versatility and opportunities for flattering cuts are endless. I bought this dress originally because I loved the tiers and the pattern, but wasn’t exactly sure where I’d wear it. I’m pleased to report that it can be worn just about anywhere during the summer (save work – we’ve been over this before).
It was perfect for a day touring the wineries in Napa with friends, and I layered it with a jean jacket to keep it casual but warm in SF (although it was toasty outside the city). It would also be perfect for brunch, touring a new city (wear with some cute sneakers!), or hanging with friends. It could even be dressed up for a summer wedding with some wedges and a cute clutch. The possibilities are endless. And, since it hits right at the natural waist, it’s extra flattering (and good for those big eating days… :)
Do you have enough dresses in your summer wardrobe? What are you loving this summer? As always, thanks so much for stopping by!
