I know that Labor Day has come and gone, and that with it the social acceptability of wearing a primarily white outfit also flees the room. But if you ask me, the weather’s still warm, the dress is cute, and I don’t see any reason to limit my fashion options more than necessary. So, a white, summery dress in the middle of September is what happened, and really, I would recommend it.
This dress is nice and easy – pops on over my head, no tying, zipping, or buttoning necessary, and you’re good to walk out the door. I love the white and blue combo, and since its so pretty and eye-catching it could be worn all summer dressed up with heels for dinner or down with flip flops for a beach cover up. For fall, pair it with some wedges or booties, layer up with a cardigan or moto jacket once the temperatures drop, and you’ve beaten the game.
What are you wearing this fall that you “shouldn’t” be? Let’s embrace the warm days and lingering summer for just a little longer – shall we? Thanks so much for stopping by!
