I know I’m a bit late to the game, but I wanted to share some photos from New Year’s Eve. Although I do love me some sequins and metallic flare and I saw some gorgeous outfits for the new year along those trends, for this particular occasion I went with the classic adage, less is more. Mostly, it just made it easy on my suitcase. This dress travels well – it doesn’t wrinkle, and while the lace is a bit delicate, it doesn’t shed, lose sequins or need any kind of special treatment. So into the suitcase it went and we were off to NYC, land of dreams and NYE celebrations.
We went out to a fantastic dinner to celebrate (thank you Eunice – queen of all that is good food), but didn’t quite make it out for midnight, and instead watched the ball drop from our cozy hotel room and fell asleep planning all sorts of adventures for the New Year. It was a bit of a low-key New Year’s Eve, but a lovely one, filled with family, great food, and delicious wine. I hope you all enjoyed your celebrations as well!
Thank you so much for reading! I so appreciate your support, and would love your help with my New Year’s Resolution – would you mind following along?
