Hi everybody! Happy Monday! I’ve been on the go a lot lately – visiting friends and family on the weekends, and traveling during the week for work. These quick turnarounds (unpack, laundry, pack) often mean that I am planning outfits ahead of time, and let me tell you, packing for a weekend away is the hardest. I want to pack outfits that will last all day, even if I don’t know what all day really means. So, comfy enough to lounge on the couch but cute enough for a brunch outing or to meet with old friends. If you don’t feel the pain on this one than please leave your secrets below. I must know.
For me, one solution comes in the form of cute, patterned pants. Just the right amount of “pop” to steal the show, and the rest of the outfit can be easy neutrals with minimal accessories. Not only does this simple formula address the ever-present packing stress, but it also lightens the suitcase load. And ensures you’ll be dressed well for whatever your host throws your way.
What are your thoughts on patterned pants? Are you willing to give them a try? And, seriously, I’d love to hear your travel tips! Thank you so much for stopping by!
