Hi everybody! Happy Monday!
Today my mind’s on layering up. The morning struggle has been real here for the past couple of weeks. It’s still below 50 when I wake up, gets up to 75 during the day, and then cools way back down before I head home for the night. Dressing for that range has been tricky indeed, so I’ve been turning to extra layers to help me fight the fluctuations. I love this combo because each piece – the stripe top, the grey sweater, and the field jacket – can go with either of the other two, or all three can be thrown together for extra warmth. Having a “modular” wardrobe makes finding those combos super simple, which is why I love filling my wardrobe with this type of staple. Grab the simple items and then look for subtle hints of fun to round out the look. The grey sweater has a small scallop collar, the necklace has a little extra fringe, and the sandals – well you’ve seen them before. My fast favorites this season, and well worth the price tag if you ask me :)
How have you been handling the fluctuating temperatures? Share your hints on staying chic and warm – please!
