Hi everybody! Happy Thursday! Who is looking forward to the long weekend? I know I am! Check out my last post for some Fourth of July festive outfit inspiration :)
Today I have the pleasure of introducing you to Icy Li. She is a brilliant photographer, and a lovely person. You can check out her amazing work on her website here or her instagram here. I felt so privileged to shoot this outfit with her, as I wanted to capture the lightness of the skirt. She did a beautiful job!
This outfit is a go-to for me during the summer months when the heat really cranks up – and so does the AC. I love dressing in layers to field the wide temperature swings, and this chambray top is the perfect answer. It’s comfy and light, but provides a much needed extra layer of insulation once I walk inside. And this skirt has become an instant favorite of mine. I love the pleat detailing – it lays so nicely – and the cut of the hem is just unique enough to catch the eye. And its so light! Easy, breezy and just how I like it.
How are you beating the heat this summer? Thanks so much for stopping by!
